Kiwi Fruit Salsa
Ingredients
– 4 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
– 1 small red onion, finely chopped
– 1 chilli, seeded and minced (adjust to taste)
– finely chopped coriander
– Juice of 1 lime
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
– In a medium bowl, combine diced kiwi, red onion, chilli and coriander
– Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and gently toss to combine
– Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Set aside to let the flavours blend.
